• Millinocket will take part in the Nesterly initiative, beginning in summer 2024. Nesterly is a program that will pair an aging population with younger individuals looking for a place to live. This will be a huge step towards providing affordable housing and fighting lonliness in a rural community. • 4/10: Age-Friendly Millinocket is excited to announce the return of the Millinocket Farmer’s and Artisans Market for their 2nd summer at Veterans Park. This will begin on July 6th and run every Saturday from 9am-2pm. Farmers, craft vendors, and food trucks are encouraged to apply!
